(UK) will only respond to enquiries or queries from registered introducers
only. Mortgage Bureau (UK) are not registered to give advice under the permissions as
set out by the FSA (Financial Services Authority). Mortgage Bureau (UK) therefore are not permitted to contact any
clients regardless of the underlying circumstances, furthermore any
contact made by clients directly to our website and/or our offices will be
redirected to their advisor in accordance with our operations procedure,
again regardless of the nature of the enquiry, as any contact could be
construed as affecting the advice given by the registered advisor.
Mortgage Bureau (UK) are
also not regulation to introduce, arrange or advise on any matters
concerning General Insurance, all advisors must hold the relevant
permissions under the FSA "General Insurance Regulation" to transact
Buildings and/or Contents Insurance, Payment Protection Insurance and
title Insurance as appropriate.
